Program Overview

Childcare services aim to support people living with HIV (PLHIV) with their childcare responsibilities. The intention is to ensure that childcare needs don’t create barriers to accessing HIV care and support services.

Despite a multi-year effort by DDPHE to secure Part A funding for Childcare Services, liability concerns have forced us to not fund this category in 2024. While we recognize the importance of Childcare Services, it is not feasible at this time.
